Honestly, my fiance and I had no issues that were not resolved very quickly (things like minor maintenance). Issues seemed more apartment wide like gates being broken by people or sometimes couriers putting packages in wrong lockers. I personally don't think the apartment had much to do with that. The halls are carpeted as people state so it can be "dirtier" than say concrete flooring but the hallways are not trash filled (other than trash days because we have valet trash). We do have maintenance that I believe does a great job at keeping the property pretty clean! Thank you Luxe and thank you Joe from maintenance for making us feel more at home when moving out of state!

Been here since February 2021 Great community ! Great apartments! Friendly staff! Maintenance is responsive and in a timely manner! Will renew lease here again! Management is awesome best apartments I've ever lived in ! I feel safe at night, have a night strolls around the apartments, you constantly see FBPD rolling around patrolling around and through the apartments There's a nearby Camp gladiator, QT across the freeway and easy on / off the freeway. Key fob is a must but keeps the Riffraff out, and there's cameras in the parking lot and around the property Poor with A big Tv screen / volley ball / dog park ! Love it!!
I want to give a shout out to Head of Maintenance, Joe! He always ensures our happiness and is quick to respond to our needs. Maintenance requests are taken seriously no matter how big or small. I appreciate everything he does in keeping things going.
